Bono has always alighned himself with talented performers, so that he can stay solvent. Good business man, but not much of an artist. kylie, Pavarotti, and the list goes on.

I just think it sucks that bono pretends to be a spokesman for the poor, but lives in a gigantich mansion, has millions of dollars etc. The fact that he's swimming in money but at the same time wants everybody to help the poor is a little bit contradictory don't you think... that's why i think he sucks ass, and now i've heard him sing in this shitty way, i think he sucks dick too...

Bono's strong point is never the perfect pitch of his voice, but the depth of feeling, his compositions, and his meaning - U2 are very different to classical but have some of the best music in rock music. IT is the meaning of Bonos word and the feeling he puts into it + the purity of Avea maria and the feeling pav puts into it, and the connection between a compasionate virgin marry who is the symbol of the divine feminie, that makes this duet.

its a duet and interlacing between the meaning of what bono is singing and the feeling, which pavoroitie ads of the orgional. with 26,000 kids dieing a day of poverty and disease in africa, equivalent to a Tsuanmi a week, the meaning of bono's words matchs perfectly the soul at the heart of ave maria, which is after all about the spirtual heart of the scared feminine. nurture, caring and compassion that is sadly lacking from some parts of our society.
