don't social networks like facebook do what flickr (albums) and twitter (Status updates) do...I don't understand the big deal..

Hey, I have used Snapfish but only for printing, i was unaware that people used it for photo sharing :P Thanks now I'll take a better look. I think that Flickr is a lot more fun and popular so you are likely to get more feedback.

Wonderful - I have been researching online photo sharing and storage. Is Snapfish okay to use (would value your opinion) or should I try Flickr or Webshots as recommended? Thanks for an excellent, easy2 watch, fun & informative overview.

this sounds good and all but not everyone can afford a digital camera. not everyone can do this stuff so its kinda not all social in a way. plus, my mom had a flickr thing and someone really kept making fun of her photos until she quit. some people are dicks on the internet and i wouldnt reccomend public sharing of photos, i like your videos Btw..

Yeah, they keep your photos really safe.No they don't. Remember the little incident where private photos on flickr became public for some hours, due to a bug?I recommend not uploading photos which you would mind some stranger seeing. There are other ways to backup, like burning them on a cd.Anyway, there is no other convenient way of sharing a lot of photos with family who is far away :/
