Bueno, yo hace muy poco que empezé con esto del Zouk, y la verdad que me fascino ver este video...Encontré a mi idolo del Zouk...

Most beautiful dance of all. This couple is VG, but I've jumped into a group, beautiful summer night, outdoors in Buenos Aires, stars shining, beautiful avenue next to River Plate, 8 young couples, amateurs and profesionals mixed up, and oh my gosh, nearly as good as the video, plus more "natural", spontaneus,and sweetness in their faces. Folloued amateur group for some time. Still find teaching and dancing in some underground pubs there.

Sure, lambada is a street dance, but street dances don't have exclusive rights about emotion and intimacy. I think that passion, emotion, as well as technique, sensuality and body expression comes from all those dances and disciplines with a good technical base and self-knowledge; and first of all, good professionals and dancers.

Hi friend, this is Antonienko, a student from Spiral Dance, the Daniel & Leticia school.Just to make it clear, we DON'T claim to dance lambada, neither Adilio, Claudio Gomez nor Israel. We dance different kinds of zouk.

These guys did a wonderful job of mixing LA style Salsa steps into Lambada, but the smoothness and intimacy of Lambada was left behind.Dont get me wrong, this is technically flawless and very nice indeed, but not necessarily the best. Lambada like any other true street latin dance must be filled with emotion. Watch (in Youtube) the likes of Adilio Porto, Luis Fernando, Israel Szerman, Claudio Gomes or Berg dancing and you'll understand what I mean. Passion is everything in this dance.
