The incident not only shows Govt lacuna but also reflects the position of our society where we stand today...that's not all we are the part of the Govt and we must blame ourselves first...we just cannot skip by blaming Govt. This hatred amongst the community is a created one I believe. If we do such stupid thing and don't cast off our hatred to each other then we'll see many more in near future ...some people will always take us for a ride for there benefit...I agree with dibyabharati.

dibyabharati i m fully agree with u really this all whats happening to our gowahati is ashammeable for everybody infact no law no order is there .Adibasis r alwaz so nice but there is nobody for them to fight for their rights.

...how come a rally goes berserk and called for the wrath of the people in vicinity. Adibasis are integral part of the Assamese community. If some ones with some political motive are behind the scene then they are doing a heinous crime. From the news, it is apparent that some people in Assam or elsewhere trying to bank on the incident and build a political mileage of their parties or career. Assamese people especially the Adibasi leaders should be careful that they are not taken for a ride.
