You remind me of Claire from Coronation Street, except your chest is much larger......and therefore better. Thanks

I'm sorry I can't answer these kinds of questions in depth as the medical side is not my thing. If you have a tickle that suggests irritation - ie, a problem. You don't *need* to eat nuts. Psoriasis can be as much emotional as physical so many factors need to be taken into account.

Very good videos Karen...I'm just starting to go raw. I sometimes get a tickle in the back of my throat when eating nuts (although I love them)...Do I have nut allergies? I have psoriasis also...Do you think it's okay for me to eat nuts?I've heard of Raw fooders getting rid of their psoriasis, do you know how long this will take?

Yes you can. With a pestle and mortar. It won't be as creamy and smooth but you can do it. You grind the almonds up in the pestle and mortar with some of the water and then gradually add the rest of the water but this takes a lot of time and energy!

Up to a day, but really you'll want to go on taste; it needs good refrigeration.

Hi, no, I can't think of any other way, except other gadgets involving some kind of blade. You could use almond butter and water and whisk hard and fast for a while, that would be the closest thing to what you're looking for.

Hi Karen. Great vid. Do you know of a way to make almond milk without using a blender. The speed of the blades in the blender do damage the proteins and other nutrients. its best to use another method. Ive only just discovered this and am trying to find another way to make almond milk in a more gentle way. God Bless.

Just stirring it should be enough; usually the water and nut parts separate which is why it looks thick. Otherwise it may be that you are using a higher ratio of nuts than is usual. Good luck!
