Why is it stupid?

It's a good thing Google has helped small businesses thru cyber ad's. But the thing to me is, the early cyber period gave bad names to ad's (banners to be exact). Whenever I see an ad (or a banner), I think of risks, ripoffs, scams, junks, and false information. Is there a way to ensure that Google only promotes trusty and quality business services? I know it's impossible to have Google managing other people's businesses. But is there a way to have Google certify the truthfulness of infomation?

Thank you for enlightening people that leave cursory remarks. I think google is awesome. Gmail is great. I wish there were more people like Fisher in big business.

How's it stupid? He is arguing why the internet should remain open and free to all who can access it. Maybe you're too stupid to know this, but the government is trying to turn the internet into a tool of big business, and if they succeed, business can screw up your connection speeds to certain sites on a whim. Net Neutrality is not stupid.
