I see everybody in the comment enjoy this carrot cake so I decided to make it and I made it for yesterday party .I put one cup of granulated sugar and one cup of brown sugar and I put the icening and I sprinkle walnut on top because I don't have pecans at home and it come out really nice .everybody who eat it enjoy it.Thanks a lot for sharing with us your recipe.

I would say 4 to 5 regular sized carrots. You need 3 cups shredded.

Could you give a measurable quantity( like in grams or ounces) to the carrots - there seemed to be about four carrots on the counter, but varying sizes.

I tried this recipe last night when we had company for dinner. Everybody raved about how delicious it was. My husband said it was the best carrot cake he had ever tasted.
