Thanks, fanqueen. Although it's easy to appreciate this tune, it is my belief that music appreciation is sometimes greatly enhanced by having a deeper understanding of the story that lies behind the composition (granted, not all music comes with such poignant history attached to it).

(Final comment re: Song History)It is my hope that after reading my last few comments, and having an understanding of the history behind the song, you will all be better able to appreciate this wonderful composition. Stevie Wonder is a master at writing about "Life". This song is about a part of his life... an end of a beautiful relationship. This (becks version) is probably one of the most covered guitar tunes in history. If you are covering it (as I have), do it justice as these 2 have!
