The problem is that most of us Americans are clueless and don't pay attention to the side effects anyway. We just want that instant gratification and think that the side effects won't happen to us.

thats not even the worste of american drug ads allmost every anti depression ad has the fine print "increased thought of suicide may accur" hmmmmm make sence to you i dont think so or maybe the adds for social anxiety "may cause uncontrollable diarea" wouldnt that be great get over your fear of crowds just to crap yourself in the middle of a party
