Third, troops may have been chasing insurgents. If they received fire from the hospital, they may have initially returned it and then stopped once they realized what the building was. Had we truly attacked it, there would be more than those four bullet holes they showed. I(f it was even us firing on the building.

First, there was much more than three million spent on that hospital. I worked Sadr City for over a year and a half.We delivered six incubators, two 55kvw (big ass) generators, and LOTS of medical supplies, and internet connection. Half that equipment was missing within two months. The assistant director claimed we never delivered it. I have pics otherwise. He DID have a new car, though.
