I don't think so the capital city has changed. Yangon remains as the capital city of Myanmar, wherelse Pyinmana is just the administrative centre, in other words the seat of government. Something like Putrajaya in Malaysia.

Siam, the capital has not moved to Mandalay - it has moved to Pyinmana. The capital used to be Mandalay a long time ago.

Siam...great job dude. I hope you enjoyed your stay there. Too bad I left burma last year. Otherwise, I might have been able to make sure your visit was more enjoyable. haha. Burma's a fun place if you know where to hang out.
