This accident was the result of a faulty repair done by Boeing to the aft pressure bulkhead. Earlier in the plane's history, it had a tail strike. Inspection after this incident showed that there was damage to the aft pressure bulkhead. JAL asked Boeing for a procedure to repair the damage. Boeing's response was to send a team of structure techs. to fix the damage instead of having JAL fix it themselves. The Boeing techs. didn't make the repair as required. Result - Aft pressure bulkhead failure

i know why... because thea lot of people want to fly to that destination at the same time. so to transport more people at the same time they use a bigger airplane like the 747 instead of a 737 or something like that
