Likely they're keeping those back to license for future versions. Meanwhile, a lot of the songs on GH:Aerosmith are their old classics. New stuff is good, old stuff even better!

I was also really disappointed in the choices for Guitar Hero Aerosmith. I've always loved the band and Get a Grip came out when I was a teenager I was shocked that NONE of those songs were on the game.
