You have got it ass backwards,the horse fought Kent. By definition that means the horse was rank. To say Kent fought the horse,and the horse wasn't is well how do I put this? I know, it is very uninformed to say the least! You obviously know nothing about race riding,that is plain as day! People who know race riding know what was going on!

Horses aren't 'intelligent' per say - they're obedient...trainable. They have personalities, definitly. And some are more trainable then others. Desormeaux and Dutrow are outrageous. And the fact that Dutrow is 'sick' and can't make that congressional hearing is what is 'unfathomable'

This isn't a "speed horse",a lot of those types need to get the lead otherwise they flounder. This horse's biggest attribute was his ability to relax and sit off the lead. Remember that was the number one thing that impressed Kent,his intelligence allowed him to relax and wait for the signal. Kent rode him the way you have to ride the Belmont,if you go out and ding dong with the leader,you run the very real risk of using up your horse and then get crucified for moving too soon,sound familiar?

I guess this is what you get when your trying to rate a horse with speed pedigree (Boundary sire of graded sprinters/milers) pace was considerably much slower than the previous races although shorter distances. Pace was too slow under wraps where the horse gave in and quit. Note: Since 1990 beyer figures the winner had the worst beyer of them all this will be his only grade 1 win ever.

Anyone who insists that BB 1.Got a bad ride 2.That he was held back for too long.3 If he had let BB run earlier he would have won.4. That the race was fixed,and Kent stiffed the horse. IS A PURE STONE COLD DUMBASS,PERIOD END OF STORY!!

the horse lost because the trainer had a blessing God works in misterious way's. the trainer didn't even mentioned the name Jesus at anytime during he was at speech. No matter what was wrong with the horse the wrath of God wore the horse out the trainer is a selfish man who's about the root of all evil Money |
