That was Aloha Airlines, which went bankrupt a few months ago.

Qantas' 'crash' was a runway overun at Bangkok in a 747-400 (Longreach) - this did serious damage to the engines, landing gear (ripped off) and frame. No casualties, minor injuries. The aircraft was out of service for some time, repaired and in service still.

yeah wasnt hawaiin Airlines the one that had the roof rip off... it was on Aircrash Investigations.... but only one person died...
