Ok. You download a green screen map and you record the spartan in the green screen map. Then you import it into a video editing program that supports green screens and import another video into the program and take the non-green parts from the Spartan video and put into the other video (in this case, he put the spartan and warthog into WoW).

Maybe the editing thing, but green screen? You can't integrate Halo with an editing program. Even if you could it would record the spartan in the map with the map itself.

This is my guess. If you have downloaded Halo: Custom Edition, there is a map people made that you can download. It's basically a huge green map (green screen) with a bunch of weapons and vehicles you can pick up for Machinima. Once you record the character in the green screen doing whatever, you upload it into a video editing program that supports inserting other videos into green screens. So he must've recorded his character in the green screen and recorded WoW and did it that way.
