This election is just like the one in the U.S. Two boys (Luo Lei and Cheng Cheng) and one girl (Xiaofen) compete in an election. Xiaofen is a victim of a smear campaign by Luo Lei, who's the equivilant to McCain. He then bribes the entire class to win the election. I really hope that it won't happen

This is not a demonstration showing that children should not be allowed to vote. What this is demonstrating, is that the tactics these children used mirror those which adult politicians use...

他们程序有点过于复杂，实际班干选举程序都很简单，一个下午就搞好了，完全不需要演讲或者表演，每个人直接根据平时印象来投票就行了，直接海选，不需要预选。

This documentary is really interesting and entertaining, but it doesn't tell us anything about whether democracy is a good thing or not, or whether China should have democracy or not - it just tells us that there is a reason why there is a minimum age for voting and that kids should not be given the authority to boss other kids around!

Yes... gifts always win the hearts of people to vote for them, no? Parents are so conniving, especially that boy's who was the class monitor for 2 years or something like that. This is how children's pure and innocent minds are corrupted by power and greed, not to mention being spoiled by birth.

參選是應該自由的，有資格的就可以參選，不應該先由老師欽點三個出來。怕太多人的話就協商參選資格，提高門檻，例如要有五個同學提名才可參選。

只是选个班长而已，三个人就拉了一正周，要是玩真的，班里的每个同学都可以参选，那选个班长不得拖到猴年马月了。事实，世界多数民主政体的候选人也是一步一步的爬梯子，小官升大官。 |
